Dr. Bhargava Rama Chilukuri is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Earlier, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Civil Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. He graduated in December 2015 with a Ph.D. in the areas of traffic flow theory and optimal control, under the supervision of Prof. Jorge Laval.
