Admission Requirements: The admission to M.Tech. programme in Building Technology and Construction Management is based on the percentile score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and personal interviews conducted at IIT Madras. The details of the GATE examination can be found at the web site http://www.gate.iitm.ac.in.
Apart from the above, the Department is offering industry sponsored User Oriented Programme (UOP) in Construction Technology and Management.
The admission to the UOP program is through written test and interviews conducted at IIT Madras.
